Introduction: As an experienced and passionate educator, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute especially as a lover of the outdoors and mountains combined with the love for early childhood education. I'm a Spanish English teacher with more than decade of experience in education who has taught in early education. Having worked mostly in kindergarten and primary schools, I'm very familiar with teaching through games, songs, crafts, cooking which is one of my personal favorite activities and a didactic approach. My teaching philosophy revolves around encouraging student curiosity, critical thinking, and individual expression. I strive to create a classroom atmosphere where children feel heard, valued, and empowered. My academic training also includes Early Stimulation and Educational Therapy. Qualifications: I am a Spanish english teacher with more than 10 years of experience in early childhood and primary school. The last years I have worked in a bilingual nursery, what gives me confidence working with the little ones. My acadademic background also includes early stimulation and therapeutic support. I got a TEFL (english teaching). I possed a Pediatric first aid certification and police background checked. Over this years I have also worked as a support teacher in special needs (ADHD and autism). | |

Experience: The last school years I have worked teaching english in a nursery school with children from 3 months to 3 years in the morning shift(6 to 20 kids depending on the age). Here we shared their breakfast, diaper changing, lunch and nap time as well as the didactic content. While in the afternoon in an english academy with children from 4 to 15 years old (10 kids). Here we got to teach different workshops like science and robotics, cooking, arts and drama. The years prior to this I was the english tutor in bilingual kinderten and primaary school acompanying children through their routines, planing and delivering classes, parent meetings and reports. |

Reference: "Gladys was an English Teacher at my academy. She worked with kids from 3 years old and it was clear that she had a very good hand with the little ones. She knew how to manage different behaviour always from a professional and careful way. But she also had a very good relationship with the groups of upper levels (for example 10 to 12 years old). She even gave some advices to other members of the team when needed about the little ones behaviour. And the communication with the team was always excellent. Her responsibility was that everyone learned English in a very dynamic and motivating way through songs, dances, games and experiments. As a companion she was excellent, she has always been attentive to each of us and helped us a lot. I personally learned a lot with her in relation to the teaching of English to very young children.
