Introduction: My husband brings us to Alp d'huez. Last winter was spent near Vaujany. He is working as a chef in the resort. We know and love the area. I love crafts and walks, both activities most children can have fun with. And, I am a sensitive and quiet person, what helps me dealing with children in any kind of situation. | |

Qualifications: Normally, I am an artist. This winter I will spent with my family in Alp d'Huez and I am looking forwards to being a Nanny. The best experience with children I have, is through raising my daugther, who is 1 year old at the moment. Usually we live in Germany, although my husband is British and therefore we do talk in English at home. During my professional training and studies I have worked in many different jobs, including inclusive holidays trips with children from Berlin and training teenagers in stone carving. | |

Experience: Children of any age can be demanding but the communication can be very enjoyable, if you find the right connection. In professional situations I have mostly worked with children from the age of 7 to mid-teens. As my own daughter is a baby, I feel secure in this age, too. Furthermore my sister has 5 children, between 2 and 14, which I see and supervise regularly. |

We are in close contact and Maria visits us with her daughter Wanda and also looks after our 3 youngest children. These are Levi 2, Lara 4 and Lotta 8. They play in the garden or do crafts, games and read books together. Maria is a sensitive and warm person, she radiates calm and keeps her head even in stessful situations. Reference: "We had Maria looking after our son over Christmas week and she was absolutely perfect. Every day she had a great plan to work around our schedule, keeping him busy with plenty of activities in the apartment and around the ski resort. She followed our feeding and sleep routine to the letter, making him lunch and dinner each day. In the afternoon her daughter joined our son for the last couple of hours which they both loved.
